Direct booking
direct bookings made on the official Concilium website, give you some unquie benefits.
- 5% discount compared to any other intermediary booking website (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia etc.), the prices shown are already discounted;
- Free Trentino Guest Card (minimum stay 2 nights);
- 1 bottle of typical local wine;
- 3 coffee pods;
- Information material in the apartment on arrival.
Furthermore, if after booking you find a better offer we are ready to refund the difference.
The rules of Concilium
- Always separate the garbage
- use with responsability air-conitioning, water and eletricity
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
- Animals are not allowed
Where do I leave the car?
- 15% discount in the parking garage Piazza Fiera 200 meters away from Concilium (3 minutes walking)
- Inside the our structure (ON REQUEST 10 € / night max.1 parking space).
When do I pay?
As guarantee of your reservation, we will ask for your credit card details (16 numbers and expiring date). Unfortunately we cannot accept Diners or American Express.
Full payment in the structure at the check-in.
We will be obliged to use the credit card in case of:
- in case of cancellation from the 4th day before arrival, 50% of the cost of the holiday will be charged
- in case of NO SHOW, the total amount of the holiday will be charged.
- if the departure is anticipated and / or the arrival is postponed, the total amount of the holiday will be charged

Bike rental
200 mt. away from Concilium there is an equipped area called “Biciincittà -Provicia Autonoma di Trento” where it is possible to rent bicycles.

available on the APP Biciincittà and at authorized retailers as APT (local tourist office). It includes 4 hours of use, even non-consecutive, valid for 24 hours from activation. - TWO DAYS € 13
