The rules of Concilium

Always separate the garbage
Use with responsability air-conitioning, water and eletricity
Feel at home and treat the apartment as your home. In case of damage or incidents, please inform us as soon as possible
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments
The access of unknown and not registered guest is not allowed
Animals are not allowed

Where do I leave the car?

Inside the our structure (ON REQUEST 15 € / night max.1 parking space)
parking space for motorcycle and bikes inside our structure is free
parking garage Piazza Fiera 250 meters away from Concilium (4 minutes walking)

SELF CHECK-IN

Self check-in offers you extreme flexibility, you can access the apartment independently with access codes, at any time, starting from 15:00

LUGGAGE ROOM

Luggage storage is free of charge for our guests

When do I pay?

As guarantee of your reservation, we will ask for your credit card details (16 numbers and expiring date). Unfortunately we cannot accept Diners or American Express.
Full payment (credit card or bank transfer) within check-in.

We will be obliged to use the credit card in case of:

in case of cancellation from the 7th day before arrival, 100% of the cost of the holiday will be charged
in case of NO SHOW, the total amount of the holiday will be charged.
if the departure is anticipated and / or the arrival is postponed, the total amount of the holiday will be charged
